We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order for a full refund within 48 hours of the original purchase time.

• Cancellation requests made after the 48-hour window will not be eligible for a refund, as processing and production will have already begun.

2. No Refund Policy

Once the 48-hour cancellation window has passed, all sales are final. * We do not offer returns or exchanges for any skincare products.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
